How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We take extra care in packaging your furniture to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch. Large furniture items requiring 2-person delivery may take up to 10 business days.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account at themaplemanor.co.uk and visiting "Your Orders", checking your shipment confirmation email from info@themaplemanor.co.uk, or contacting us if you checked out as a guest.
What emails will I receive?
You'll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, then a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
When will I get my order?
Yes, we offer made-to-order pieces that can be adjusted to your specifications, bringing bespoke quality to your space. Please contact us directly at info@themaplemanor.co.uk for more information.
We do aim to have custom options on the site in the future.
Is shipping free in the UK?
Yes, all orders are shipped free within the UK. However, extended delivery areas including Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, and Ireland will include a delivery charge at checkout.
Which areas have delivery charges?
The following areas are considered extended and will include a delivery charge: Inverness (IV), Kilmarnock (KA), Kirkcaldy (KY), Kirkwall (KW), Lerwick (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS), Paisley (PA), Perth (PH), Aberdeen (AB), Dundee (DD), Dumfries and Galloway (DG), Falkirk (FK), Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41), Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. If the item is faulty or damaged, you won't be charged for the return. If you've changed your mind, courier or collection fees will apply.
Can I return made-to-order items?
Specialist orders, including made to order and bespoke items, may not qualify for returns unless damaged or faulty.
How long do refunds take?
We will refund your order within 14 days of confirming receipt of the returned item, to your original payment method.
