All orders are shipped free within the UK.

However, there are some exceptions.

The following areas are considered extended and will include a delivery charge at chekout.

  11. Dumfries and Galloway (DG)
  12. Falkirk (FK)
  13. Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41).
  14. Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from info@themaplemanor.co.uk.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details from info@themaplemanor.co.uk.

Tracking Your Order

You can find tracking details for your orders by:

  • Logging into your account on themaplemanor.co.uk and visiting "Your Orders".

  • Checking the shipment confirmation email sent to you.

  • Contacting us at info@themaplemanor.co.uk if you checked out as a guest.

Shipping Times

Processing times: At Maple Manor, we take extra care in packaging your furniture to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Typically orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on item availability and warehouse logistics.

Delivery time: Once dispatched,

  • Standard UK deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Large UK furniture items, 2 man job (e.g. sofas, dining tables, wardrobes): May require up to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to exceptional circumstances such as peak periods, weather conditions, or courier delays. We will keep you updated if any delays occur.

Delivery Restrictions

Please ensure your delivery address can accommodate furniture items. See our Terms of Service for more information on customer responsibilities for delivery access.

Returns and Refunds

At Maple Manor, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring you receive furniture that exceeds your expectations. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece in our collection. In the unlikely event our items are received with damage please follow the instructions below.

How to return an item. 

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, though courier or collection fees may apply. 

If you need to return an item because it’s faulty or damaged you won’t be charged for the return/collection. Submit a request to our team at info@themaplemanor.co.uk. Please include pictures of any damage (including packaging) and your order number. We recommend reporting damage within 24 hours, though we will consider all claims reported within a reasonable period.

If you choose to return the item because you've changed your mind you'll be required to pay the returns costs stated below.

You will be refunded the part of your order you wish to return, including what you paid for your delivery, minus the returns or collections fee. Returns and collections fee will be based off rates with our courier partners.

Exceptions

Specialist orders, including made to order and bespoke items may not qualify for returns.

Refunds

We will refund your order within 14 days of confirming receipt of the returned item. We can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
